• What is Hosting?
The term "Web Hosting" is simple, but the mechanics behind it are not. Web Hosting is a term that was coined to explain the services performed by someone that "hosts" a Web site on the World Wide Web. A "host" involves a computer that is setup to control the networking and communications necessary to allow a Web Site to display specially formatted documents on the World Wide Web. Web sites are stored on "host" computers that are connected to the Internet and setup to communicate their contents to the rest of the Internet. The people and companies that handle these special computers are called Web Hosts.

• What does it cost?
Pricing and options vary tremendously. Take a look around and you'll see that fees range anywhere from free hosting (with annoying banner or pop-up ads) to $50-$100 per month for basic hosting. Web Wizard Creations has searched for the best hosting available for our customers.  We currently work with only one hosting company, because of their great customer service and up-time, but we are not opposed to working with others if a customer so chooses.  Please contact us for pricing.

Please note that we DO NOT create web sites that clients may then take over and update themselves (E-commerce sites are an exception, the client will need to add or delete products as necessary, e-commerce clients will not update design features of the site). Web Wizard Creations updates are done swiftly and efficiently. You are billed for actual minutes spent, we do not round up to the nearest hour or half-hour.
